Klinefelter's Syndrome and Tall Stature
Patients with Klinefelter's syndrome (Fig. 14.36) have an XXY karyotype and a tendency to be tall; they also display eunuchoid features. Seminiferous tubule dysgenesis, gynaecomastia, and small pea-sized testes are present.
